A brand is a name, logo, slogan, and/or design scheme associated with the artist’s product or service.

Branding is the process of creating a relationship or a connection between a artist’s product and emotional perception of the customer for the purpose of generating segregation among competition and building loyalty among fans and customers.

Although establishing a brand is part of Artist Development, the process of branding an artist is an ongoing task of Product Development.
